For over 55 years, we have been creating shared happiness for authentic, positive impact experiences in Europe’s most beautiful destinations.
As a European player in local tourism, we are committed to helping everyone rediscover the essential in a preserved environment. Our business, which is close to the regions, involves relationships of trust with all our stakeholders.
This section is dedicated to the Group’s investor relations and shareholders and presents key figures, share price information, publications, financing operations and financial calendar.
With our values of responsible entrepreneurship and living well together, at Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs we are particularly attached to respect for ethics and the values of integrity and solidarity.
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations in all countries in which we operate, including the rules protecting free competition, and we combat all forms of corruption and bribery.
We have implemented a whistleblowing system allowing our employees and partners to report, in confidence, any situation or behaviour contrary to ethics, integrity and the law compliance: fraud, corruption, conflicts of interests, harassment, discrimination, anticompetitive practices, issues related to the protection of personal data, Human Rights, health and safety or environmental protection, etc.
The Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group’s Code of Ethics formalises the principles and rules to be followed by employees in their relations with suppliers, partners, customers and also with their colleagues within the Group. It is based on respect for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the founding texts of the International Labour Organisation.
“Our business, which is close to the regions, requires trusting relationships with all our stakeholders. Convinced that without integrity, there can be no sustainable success, our sense of ethics is one of the core values of the Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group, in the same way as solidarity, integrity and respect for people.”
